Supporting open and free access to information

Bob Dindoffer, 27
Attorney and Small Business Owner
JD '08; BA '04

Finding ways to provide for open and free access to information is very important to me. Knowledge, skill, and experience are necessary for the exercise of freedom. Philanthropy is an efficient way to pursue that goal. I can specialize in earning money and others can specialize in disbursing it rather than requiring all to function as generalists. The University of Michigan specializes in providing knowledge and training. It is a great vehicle for my philanthropic goals.
