Using our form, you can create a donation link today to share with family and friends. Gifts made with this link will be in honor of the person you are celebrating.
You will also have the opportunity to begin creating a tribute or memorial page to help tell the story of the person you are honoring. If you would like to create a page that will appear on the Tributes & Memorials page, in addition to your giving link, you should be ready to share the following:
- A short message about the person being honored: This could be a story about their life, favorite memories, or why the cause was important to them.
- A photo: This photo can be of the person being honored or something that represents their life and legacy. If you do not have a photo, we can provide a simple design in its place.
Once your giving page is created, your giving link will direct people to this page.
