Michigan Artistic Swimming Club is a student-run organization dedicated to fostering athletic growth, leadership development, and community building through the sport of artistic swimming. Our team consists of 20 talented athletes who work together to represent our university on a national level.
Founded in 1946, the Michigan Artistic Swimming Team has a legacy of excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We aim to inspire our swimmers to excel both in and out of the water, fostering a love for the sport while promoting inclusivity for all skill levels. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where athletes can grow, learn leadership, and represent the University of Michigan with pride.
We have two teams that compete throughout the season in five competitions, including the highly anticipated USA Artistic Swimming Collegiate Nationals, which we are proud to co-host this year at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. This championship allows us to compete against both varsity and club programs nationwide. Last year, we achieved our highest individual, team, and combined placements in program history—a testament to the dedication of our athletes and the invaluable support of our donors.
Your support is critical to our team’s success because it allows us to focus on training and competition without the financial burden falling entirely on our athletes. By reducing membership dues, we can make participation more accessible to all students, regardless of their financial situation. Your contributions will help ensure that every member of our team can compete and grow, both athletically and personally, in an environment that promotes fairness, accessibility, and excellence.
