This fund, providing student fellowship support, honors the legacy of the first African American scholar to graduate from SEAS, Dr. Carroll B. Williams, and seeks to remove barriers for future scholars following in his footsteps. The Carroll B Williams award is not limited by identity, race, or ethnicity.
