Gifts provide undergraduate and graduate funding for students, including for scholarly travel related to the study of China. Last summer (2023), Prof. Fangfei Miao created an exchange program with the Shanghai Theatre Academy College of Dance, while Prof. Xun Brian Wu took Ross students to Germany to learn about Chinese business strategy in Germany and the EU. Ph.D. students who were prevented from going to China during the pandemic were finally able to explore dissertation ideas and start fieldwork.
