Increase UM-Flint enrollment and retention through a thriving varsity esports program. UM-Flint proudly hosts the first varsity esports team among the three Michigan campuses.

Beyond providing an exceptional gaming experience in a state-of-the-art facility, colleges and universities nationwide find that esports significantly boosts student engagement and enrollment. The Esports Program offers opportunities for students to learn and grow within graphic design, broadcast/production, and marketing, working with high-quality sound equipment and access to all Adobe products.

Contributions to this fund will enable UM-Flint’s Esports Program to grow and thrive by securing up-to-date equipment and facilities, ensuring our teams can continue to compete on a national level against other college programs. Additionally, funds will support scholarships specifically for esports participants, fostering talent and commitment within the program.
